Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt, depending on availability of selected products. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time we can only fulfill orders to addresses within the continental U.S.A.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Good Voyage Roaster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, some items are not eligible for a refund.
- For any item(s) to be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a return for the item(s) you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery.
- The item must be unopened and in its original condition if no damages are present and you would like a refund or exchange.
- If our products arrived incorrect, damaged, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement
