Guatemala - Antigua Entre Volcanes

The three volcanoes, two dormant and one still active, that fill the region contribute to the deep, rich soil that produces dense and delicious beans. These 500 farms make up the oldest and most consistent producers in Guatemala. This roast is especially bright with citrus, but still has a well-rounded, smooth cocoa finish.
